Your Account
You must establish an account on this website prior to the purchase of any product. We retain absolute discretion to refuse to allow an account to be established or to terminate an account. It is your responsibility to correctly provide and maintain all particulars associated with your account, including your telephone number, email, delivery, and billing address. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivering the product ordered by you or non-delivery of the product. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account password.
Pricing and Starting New Order
All prices on this website are listed in NZD and but the prices depend on the quantity you ordered and the type of services we provided for you. You need to read the product description to know more about the price.
To start a new order you need to:
1. Deposit
To commence work on the design, a 50% deposit of the quoted total is required.
If you decide not to proceed with your website after approving the quote and work has started or been completed, you will be charged for any work undertaken up to that point. You will only be billed for the design, and the remaining portion of your deposit will be refunded.
We reserve the right to delay the start of any work until the deposit has been fully paid. Deposits are non-refundable if development work has commenced, and you terminate the contract without fault on our part. By paying the deposit, you agree to our terms, conditions, and policies.
2. Content
To complete your website as quoted, you must supply all required content, including text, photos, and logos (unless agreed otherwise), either electronically or on a disc.
Delays in providing this content may result in revised deadlines or requests for partial payment of the outstanding balance. If the lack of materials halts progress, we reserve the right to invoice you for completed work.
3. Design & Feature Adjustments
We allow reasonable revisions to the initial draft design. Additional design proposals may incur fees if the original specifications or brief are altered.
Changes to the approved design proof after the site-building process has begun may incur additional charges.
Requests for pages or features outside the initial quote will also be billed accordingly. Once the website is completed and the final invoice paid, further modifications will be charged at our discretion.
4. Second Payment
A second payment of 25% is due after the design proof is approved and before the site-building begins.
At our discretion, this payment may be requested earlier if delays occur for reasons outside our control.
5. Work Approval
After completing the draft design, you will be notified and asked to provide feedback within 7 days. Final modifications after completion must also be communicated within 7 days.
At this point, the final payment will be required.
6. E-Commerce Features
E-Commerce functionality outside standard WooCommerce features will incur additional charges unless specified in your quote.
This includes custom layouts, product variations, shipping, and payment options. Third-party plugins, if required, will be billed at their standard purchase price, with ongoing payments managed directly by you.
Any extra effort to integrate third-party shipping tools will be quoted separately. Shipping rates must be provided in a spreadsheet or digital format. Calculating or implementing these rates is not included in our services.
7. Design & Compatibility
We test websites on current versions of major desktop browsers and modern devices (e.g., mobiles/tablets). Older or less capable browsers and devices will receive a design suited to their functionality.
Testing and optimizing for outdated browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer 9) will incur additional charges.
8. Functionality
We cannot guarantee error-free functionality for websites, emails, or hosting services. We are not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or other consequences resulting from operational issues.
9. Technical Support
Post-launch assistance is available for 30 days. After this, ongoing updates, support, and added functionality are only provided with a WordPress Care Plan, billed at our standard hourly rate.
10. Final Payment
The remaining 25% is due within 7 days of the website’s completion.
If delays are caused by factors unrelated to us, partial or full payment of this remaining balance may be required.
11. Intellectual Property
You are responsible for securing permissions for all content supplied to us for use in your website (e.g., text, images, trademarks).
If we agree to source materials and create content, we ensure these are approved for publication.
Free gift Items
All free giveaway items are non-replaceable, and non-transferrable. Giveaway items cannot be redeemed for cash, or returned for a different item of choice.
Free Shipping
Free shipping depends on the product or service you ordered.
Coupons & Gift Vouchers
Coupon codes are:
a. limited to one coupon per customer
b. indicated for single use only
c. to be redeemed from our website only
d. are valid for a limited time only, must be redeemed before the expiry date specified in the offer – expiry dates will be specified along with the advertisement of the promotion
e. cannot be redeemed for cash, balances, or be transferred to new coupons
We have all authorities to change or cancel coupon codes at any time. We also have all authorities to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
